About Us
Started in May of 2014, under the Name of LWN Lawn Care, Logan And Nick were looking for some way to make money that summer when no one else would hire them because of their young age. What started as a Lawn Care company quickly grew into a Landscaping and Construction Company. Under new ownership our name was changed in 2017 to Greensboro Property Work allowing us to offer a wider range of services. At GPW we are committed to being there for our client's 24/7/365. We go out of our way to assist you with all your Landscaping, Construction and Snow Removal needs year round. Our Crews consist of highly trained employee's who care more about the clients satisfaction then their own paychecks. Our crews are highly professional and do not leave the jobsite until the client is 100% satisfied with the work.
Services
Greensboro Property Work will bring your unique ideas to life! In our One on One FREE Consultation, our estimator/designer will asses your vison and can provide hand drawn layouts/design's for you to approve or make modification's. Drawings for decks and structure's are between $60 - $150 per drawing. For all services you will receive a written estimate after our consultation/estimate. If you are happy with the vision/price we will go ahead and start a file for you consisting of a legally binding contract, your invoices (WE ALWAYS STAY ON BUDGET) and any drawings for the job. Once the contract is signed we will notify of our start date and end date for the project, Our goal is to always stay on schedule and on budget.
